Fani Papageorgiou was born in Athens in 1975. She studied History of Science at Harvard and Law at the University of Edinburgh. Her first book “When You Said No, Did You Mean Never?” (Shearsman Press, UK, 2013) won the Hong Kong Poetry Prize and was translated into Spanish. Her second collection, Not So Ill with You and Me, has just been published in England. Her poems and book reviews have appeared in various magazines in the US and the UK.
