As director of CauseCentric Productions, Céline Cousteau produces humanitarian and environmental multi-media stories. She is also founder and president of the Céline Cousteau Film Fellowship, a non-profit organization. The Cousteau Fellowship’s mission is to empower young aspiring filmmakers, creatives, and activists to instigate change through filmmaking.
Daughter of ocean explorer and filmmaker Jean-Michel Cousteau and granddaughter of the legendary Jacques Yves Cousteau, Céline has produced over 18 documentaries. Her current major impact film and engagement campaign, Tribes on the Edge, is a result of a request of the tribes of the Vale do Javari, Brazilian Amazon to tell their story to the world. She is a member of the World Economic Forum Council on Oceans, an ambassador for the TreadRight Foundation, Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots program, and Keen Footwear.
Céline is a board member of the Himalayan Consensus and Marine Construction Technologies.
